Guest on the No Nonsense Agile Podcast with hosts Murray Robinson and Shane Gibson talking about visualizing your work to identify and eliminate bottlenecks. The importance of collaboration got highlighted related to mapping your process to pinpoint delays and waste. Topics included work in progress, touch time, wait time, and process efficiency. In the conversation the root causes of waste and inefficiency in large organizations were also explored.
